AI & transformation

put AI to work, safely.

From Microsoft Copilot rollouts to smarter, joined-up processes, we help you adopt AI properly, with the security, training and guardrails that make it stick.

What we do

AI adoption, done properly.

We cut through the hype and help you use AI where it genuinely moves the needle: securely, and with your team on board.

Microsoft Copilot rollout

Licensing, setup and a controlled rollout of Copilot across Microsoft 365, so your team gets real value from day one, not confusion.

AI readiness review

An honest assessment of where AI will help your business, and where it won’t. You get a clear, prioritised roadmap, not a sales pitch.

Data & security guardrails

Before AI touches your data, we lock down permissions, sensitivity labels and access, so Copilot only ever sees what it should.

Process automation

Joining up your apps and stripping out the manual, repetitive work, with AI handling the tasks that used to eat your team’s week.

Training & adoption

Hands-on training and clear guidance so your people actually use the tools well. It’s the part most AI projects skip, then wonder why nothing changed.

Digital transformation

A practical roadmap to modernise how you work: cloud, collaboration and smarter systems, phased so it never disrupts the day job.

Everyday automation

let the routine stuff run itself.

Transformation isn’t only about AI. We also automate the repetitive, behind-the-scenes work that quietly eats your team’s week, so nothing gets missed and no one has to think about it.

User onboarding

New-starter setup handled automatically: accounts, mailboxes, permissions and welcome messages, all in one go.

Data backups

Automated backup verification and testing means your data is always protected, and genuinely recoverable.

Software updates

Patches and updates deployed automatically out of hours, keeping systems secure without interrupting anyone.

Reporting

Automated reports straight to your inbox: network health, security status, usage stats and more.

System monitoring

Automated alerts and self-healing scripts that quietly fix common issues before they ever reach you.

Workflow integration

Connect your business apps so data flows automatically between systems. No more manual re-keying.

Why now

AI is already in your business.

Your team is almost certainly using AI tools already, often without oversight. Adopting it properly means capturing the upside while keeping your data, and your reputation, safe.

  • ✓ Give hours back to your team, every week
  • ✓ Keep sensitive data out of public AI tools
  • ✓ Stay ahead of competitors, not behind them
  • ✓ One clear, secure policy instead of shadow AI
  • ✓ Real results you can measure, not just hype

Our approach

start small, prove it, then scale.

We don’t do rip-and-replace. We start where the value is clearest, prove it works, then build out from there, so AI earns its place before it spreads.

How it works

practical, not experimental.

  • A readiness review to find the highest-value opportunities
  • Data and security foundations locked down first
  • A focused pilot that proves the value quickly
  • Hands-on training so your team actually adopts it
  • Measured rollout and ongoing support as you grow
Common questions

questions we get a lot.

What does Microsoft Copilot actually cost?
Microsoft 365 Copilot is an add-on licence, currently around £25 + VAT per user per month on top of an eligible Microsoft 365 plan. You don’t need it for everyone: most clients start with a small pilot group, prove the value, then extend licences to the roles where it clearly pays for itself.
Is our business data safe with Copilot?
Copilot only sees what the signed-in user can already see, which is exactly why we sort permissions first. Oversharing is the real risk: if a salary spreadsheet is accidentally open to the whole company, Copilot will happily surface it. We lock down permissions and sensitivity labels before anyone gets a licence, and Microsoft doesn’t use your Microsoft 365 business data to train its public models.
Our team already uses ChatGPT. Is that a problem?
It’s normal, and it shows your team wants these tools. The risk is sensitive data being pasted into free consumer tools with no business controls. We help you set a clear, simple AI policy and give people approved tools covered by your security and data protection obligations, so the good habits stay and the risky ones stop.
Do we need Copilot to benefit from automation?
No. A lot of the value on this page is plain automation: joining up the apps you already have, automated onboarding, reporting and workflow integration. That often delivers faster, more measurable savings than AI does, and it works on the Microsoft 365 licences you already pay for.
Where should we start?
With a free AI readiness review. We look at how your business actually works, show you where AI and automation will genuinely help (and where they won’t), and give you a short, prioritised plan. No obligation, and we’ll tell you honestly if the foundations need fixing first.
How long does a Copilot rollout take?
It depends on the state of your data and permissions, but the usual shape is: guardrails first, a pilot group within a few weeks, then a measured rollout with training. We’d rather start small and prove the value than sell you fifty licences on day one.
